Shipping and Delivery
Free Shipping
We offer free Ontario-wide shipping on all orders over $250 CAD (before tax and discounts).
Shipping Costs
For orders under $250 or out of the province of Ontario shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination you select. You’ll be able to review the total cost before completing your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item arrives safely.

Exchange & Return Policy
At Solely, we want you to absolutely love every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Jewelry
All jewelry is final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit due to hygiene and craftsmanship considerations.
Vintage & Upcycled Collections
Items from our vintage and upcycled collections are eligible for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached. As each piece is one-of-a-kind, we do not offer refunds on these collections.
Core Collection
Items from our core collection may be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Product Care and Maintenance
We want your Solely pieces to remain beautiful for years to come. Here’s how to care for them:
Clothing
Each of our clothing pieces is unique and comes with its own care instructions. Please refer to the tag or packaging included with your item for specific guidance to help preserve its quality and shape.
Jewelry

Gold-Plated & Silver-Plated Jewelry: Our plated pieces are tarnish-resistant, but to prolong their shine and beauty, we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or applying perfumes and lotions.

Solid Gold & Sterling Silver Jewelry: These pieces are water-safe and can be worn more freely. However, gentle care will always extend their natural luster.
Store all jewelry in a dry, cool place—preferably in a pouch or box—to prevent scratching or dulling over time.
